This website is operated by figgy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to figgy.

By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to the following terms, conditions, policies, and notices:

To use our services, you agree that:

• You may not use our product(s) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination and ban of your account.

• Accuracy: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our platform. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Pricing: Prices for products listed on our platform are subject to change.
• Errors: Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• We accept payments through our secure payment processors.
• We are not responsible for any additional fees your bank or card issuer may charge you.

figgy is a marketplace that acts as an intermediary; the contract for the sale of any item is directly between the Artist and the Customer. The Artist is responsible for the packaging and dispatch of your items.

• Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by the Artist and cannot be guaranteed.
• Neither figgy nor the Artist are responsible for delays outside of our control (including but not limited to postal strikes, processing delays, etc.).
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
• If an item arrives damaged, you must notify the Artist and provide photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. This is essential for the Artist to process any claims with the Courier.

In some cases, figgy may provide mediation. For any and all disputes regarding non-delivery or shipping delays, the Customer must first contact the Artist, who will escalate the matter with the Courier.

In accordance with UK consumer law:

• Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Exemptions: Certain items (such as personalized items) may be exempt from being returned. If in doubt, you may check with the Artist.

figgy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
